In tandem with his professional career, Robert often provided financial and business-consultation services to a diversified clientele of companies and individuals. His consultation services have included guidance in real estate leasing, capital procurement and financing, banking, and business plan development. Further, Bob and his family have been very successful in starting, developing, and running their own family businesses. For 15 years Bob directed the operations of his family’s “The Little Gym” franchise which they sold in 2008 but still operates today. Upon selling that business, Bob helped start the popular Simply Fondue restaurant in Fort Worth’s well-known Sundance Square.

In addition to earning his Texas real estate agent license, Robert earned an MBA in Finance from TCU and a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University. He also holds a Certified Cash Manager (CCM) designation and although inactive, he holds his FINRA series 7, and 63 securities licenses.

A native of Fort Worth for more than 50 years, Robert knows the city well and has seen the great transformations of not only Fort Worth’s CBD but also the city’s neighborhoods and retail shopping centers. One of his skills is an ability to help clients buy, lease, or sell properties that are under the radar or overlooked. While Robert loves golfing and fishing, he says he gets the same satisfaction from negotiating real estate deals and making good things happen for Colonial Commercial Real Estate clients.
