On a daily basis, Liam engages in negotiating lease terms and effectively communicates and collaborates with landlords, landlords' agents, Realtors/Brokers, attorneys, property managers, contractors, architects, space planners, and city officials.
Liam is an alumnus of Texas A&M University, holding an undergraduate degree in Communication and a certificate in Social Media. As a member of the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and the Texas A&M University – Real Estate Network, he actively contributes to the real estate community.
