Garrett Hadley is a proven
producer specializing in commercial real estate brokerage and investment
throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. He is a trusted advisor to legacy
clients, representing their interests in the acquisition and disposition of both
businesses and income-producing real estate. Garrett is recognized for his
ability to navigate complex transactions and deliver outcomes aligned with both
financial and operational objectives. His transaction experience includes
irreplaceable urban land development, high-street retail and mixed-use
properties, as well as property conversions.

Prior to his current role,
Garrett built a strong foundation in leadership, analytics, and systems-based
problem solving through Lockheed Martin’s prestigious Leadership Development
Program. During his tenure in the defense industry, he led cross-functional
teams on advanced missile programs, gaining experience managing high-stakes
initiatives with technical, financial, and strategic complexity. He continues
to support national security interests through nonprofit and civic engagement.
Garrett is deeply engaged in
the Fort Worth business and civic community. He currently serves as Chair of
the Veterans Committee for the Rotary Club of Fort Worth and Treasurer of the
Cornell Real Estate Council of DFW. He holds additional affiliations with the
Fort Worth Airpower Council, the Fort Worth Forum, the Fort Worth Club, and
Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. He has established strategic corporate partnerships
with organizations such as the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, the
Frontiers of Flight Museum, and leading universities across the United States.
Garrett earned a Master’s
degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree from The University of
Texas at Arlington.
Outside of work, Garrett is
an avid skier, pianist, traveler, real estate investor, licensed drone pilot,
and accomplished wrestler. He volunteers with the Van Cliburn International
Piano Competition and remains committed to making a positive and lasting impact
in the Fort Worth community.
