Dylan York is a multifamily investment specialist at Colonial Commercial Real Estate, where he focuses on North Central Texas with a strong emphasis on the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. He is recognized for his in-depth market knowledge, clear and effective communication, and a consistent commitment to going the extra mile – qualities that have earned him the trust of both clients and colleagues.
Prior to joining Colonial, Dylan spent three and a half years in a similar role at Marcus & Millichap, where he was selected for the inaugural class of the prestigious William A. Millichap Fellowship Program. During his time there, he worked as part of a team that successfully completed more than 35 multifamily transactions, totaling over 5,500 units.
Dylan graduated with honors from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University, where he studied entrepreneurship and finance. As a fifth-generation Texan and lifelong DFW native, he brings a genuine passion for the local market and community. Outside of work, Dylan is an avid sports fan, an active member of University Christian Church, a volunteer with the First Tee, and the proud owner of his rescue dog, Otis.
